    Machine Drum (don't de misled by the weak name) is comprised of Travis Stewart and unleashed on our synapses via those kind folks at small Miami label Merck. I love this album as it has a vibe all it's own. The obvious comparisons to Prefuse 73 and Boards of Canada are warranted. However, this album comes across as somehow grittier and higher/5(4).

    Just picked up the new vinyl release. The album speaks for itself, one of the seminal albums in popular music history. The sound is really good, I've never heard it on vinyl before as it came out when cd's reigned supreme and I never had a really good system, so this sounds WAY better, partly due to a better setup I'm sure, but also vinyl just tends to open the sound up/5().
